In accordance with ISO 15189:2022
Nonis Clinical Laboratory is pleased to announce the official extension of its accreditation scope to include coagulation and hemostasis testing, in full compliance with the standard CYS EN ISO/IEC 15189:2022.
This extension was approved by the Review Committee of the Cyprus Accreditation Body (CYS – CYSAB) during its meeting on 08 December 2025, confirming that our laboratory meets the strict requirements of quality, technical competence, and reliability defined by the ISO 15189:2022 standard.
The detailed scope of accreditation is outlined in the Annex of the Accreditation Certificate, which is officially issued by the Cyprus Organisation for the Promotion of Quality (CYSAB / CYS) and made publicly available.
Coagulation testing plays a critical role in:
- the diagnosis and monitoring of bleeding and thrombotic disorders,
- the safe management of patients receiving anticoagulant therapy,
- supporting accurate and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
This development further strengthens Nonis Clinical Laboratory’s commitment to continuous improvement, scientific excellence, and the delivery of reliable, high-quality, and accredited laboratory services to patients and healthcare professionals.
